基隆駅から徒歩10分程の中心部に位置する大規模な14階建て高層集合住宅。
基隆市街地は長崎に似た地形で、すぐそばに山が迫っている。そのためこの住宅も斜面に建っており、敷地内の高低差が激しい。とても高級感のある集合住宅で公共スペースや遊具もあり、さらに一棟に一人警備員が居る。
